Feelfree Flash PD
The Feelfree Flash 10.5 PD is a Drive Pedal System powered Feelfree kayak that has been designed for primarily recreational use rather than a Fishing specific kayak, however the Feelfree Flash PD does come fitted with two flush mount rod holders and track fittings, if you do get that hankering for a sport of fishing. This kayak come in at 11ft in length and ideal for use in inland and sheltered coastal waters.
The Feelfree Flash hull shape is known as tri-form which allows for efficient paddling, good tracking, and strong stability. The sealed Rapid Drive pedal unit is simple to use and well-proven to be reliable and quiet during use. The beavertail rudder system is controlled from a tiller situated to the left of the seat, so the Flash PD can be steered without the use of a kayak paddle- perfect for fishing or photography.
The Pedal drive unit allows your hands to focus on other items such as a waterproof phone or camera, and if you get tired the OverDrive pedal unit can be lifted up to reduce drag while a paddler uses their paddle or disembarks.
The Feelfree Flash PD offers plenty of storage across the kayak due to the bungees/decklines as well as the large tankwell to the rear and has enough storage for day or overnight trips easily.
Fishing features:
- The kayak has a reinforced standing platform that provides a grippy area where you can stand and cast from a stable position. We find that stand up fishing is best suited to calmer inland waterways or lakes.
- The Uni Track accessory railing can be used with ease to allow you to fit your favourite attachments such as, extra rod holder mounts, a fish finder, a transducer or even a GoPro camera mount.
